On Monday, September 20th Camille Moussette had an unofficial half-way presentation, where he exposed his latest doctoral work on Interaction Design, Sketching in Hardware and Haptics. He revisited important projects and activities realized during the first three years of his PhD studies in Industrial Design at the Umeå Institute of Design.
The present title for his thesis is Towards Mobile Haptic Interfaces, sketching Multimodal Interaction Design and Camille&s presentation attracted both students and teachers from UID. The word haptic comes from the Greek verb ἅπτεσθαι (haptesthai) meaning to contact or to touch.
