People with kidney failure who can’t receive a transplant have to perform a dialysis, usually 3 times per week in a clinic for 5 hours. Recently, home hemodialysis is becoming an alternative.

However, existing machines on the market are designed for hospital use, are complex and time consuming to set up, and have a clinical appearance. This project proposes a user-friendly hemodialysis unit that blends into the home, with safety, simplicity, and comfort in mind.
