UID18 | Design Talks & Degree Show is our annual celebration of the extraordinary student talent here at the Umeå Institute of Design. This year's projects and conversations  sparked a discussion on whether design and technology can be used to strengthen our humanity. Take the opportunity to discover the graduation projects presented by our students from product, interaction and transportation design.

As per tradition, the event included student and company presentations, a design exhibition as well as engaging conversations with key influencers from the industry. UID18 also hosted networking opportunities, including portfolio reviews, and the usual surprise happenings that makes attending the event a memorable experience every year. UID18 hosted current and future strategic partners during two days packed with insights about where design is going, presented by the next generation of talent that wants to take it there.

For all of our strategic partners who would like to join next year's event, we already have the dates set. June 4-5 2019. Click here to add the event reminder to your calendar!
